Just knock.

Moving from Microsoft Teams? Bring your history with you.

The office your company actually works in.

Chat that works like Teams. Meetings that work like Bloom Growth. Rooms you can walk into, an AI note taker, and Knockin AI — our own AI, running on our own servers, so your company’s data never goes to an AI company. Your field team on the same map. One product, one bill.

No spam. One email when it opens, and nothing else.

Priya is knocking

Got two minutes on the Surrey quote?

Come inIn 5 min

The whole company on one screen — office, remote and field.

What the rooms are for

Chat tells you what was said. Rooms tell you who is where — and whether you can talk to them right now.

That is the question people used to answer by looking up from their desk. It matters whether your company is remote, hybrid, or mostly out on site — just differently. And every room keeps its own memory: its chat, the board on its wall, and the notes from every meeting held in it.

Remote teams

Rooms replace the walk down the corridor.

  • An open door means walk in and talk. A closed door means knock — they see who and why first.
  • The ops team sits in Operations Bay all day; anyone can see who is in and drop by.
  • Focus rooms say “not now” without anyone setting a status.
  • The coffee area is where the unplanned conversations happen again.

Hybrid offices

Rooms mirror the real building.

  • Each room can be linked to a real one — “Boardroom, 3rd floor”. People at home join the people at the table without a link.
  • “In the office” is a status: see who will be in before you drive.
  • Bookings sync both ways with Outlook and Google Calendar.
  • Reception sees visitors arrive and lets them in.

On-site companies

Rooms are where the office meets the field.

  • Dispatch is a room. An SOS from a guard opens a call there automatically.
  • The field team is on the same map — sites with live positions while a shift is open.
  • Client rooms carry the client’s branding; interview rooms carry the hiring checklist.
  • The Theatre holds the quarterly all-hands for five hundred people.

Knock on a closed door

Dana is focusing with her door closed. You need two minutes.

Meetings

Run the company on one rhythm.

Companies that run on EOS keep their weekly leadership meeting, scorecard, rocks, to-dos and issues in Bloom Growth — with the video in another app and the notes typed by whoever drew the short straw. In Knockin it is one place: the agenda runs in the room where the meeting happens, everyone moves through it together, the recap lands in the team chat, and the next one is already on everybody’s calendar.

  • Level 10 weekly meetings

Segue, scorecard, rocks, headlines, to-dos, IDS, conclude — each section timed, the meeting rated 1–10.

  • Scorecard

Weekly numbers with an owner and a goal, red when they miss, thirteen weeks on one screen.

  • Rocks

Quarterly goals with owners, on or off track, and a completion rate when the quarter ends.

  • To-dos

Due in seven days, carried meeting to meeting, with the completion rate your team is measured on.

  • Issues and IDS

Rank the top three, identify, discuss, solve — and the solution becomes to-dos in one step.

  • The AI note taker

Every recorded meeting gets a summary, chapters, decisions, action items with owners, a follow-up email and talk time — and you can ask it what was said.

  • V/TO and accountability chart

The vision on one page, every seat and what it owns, and the people analyzer — core values and GWC — per quarter.

  • A calendar like Teams

Day, work week, week and month; invites, RSVPs, a scheduling assistant with free/busy, and Join on every meeting.

  • Ask Knockin, the assistant

Answers from your company with sources, searches the web, and writes emails you can send in one click.

Also: quarterly and annual planning, 1:1s on the same structure, reminders fifteen minutes before, and invitations that add the whole series to Outlook or Google Calendar.

Chat

Chat that works the way Teams does — so nobody has to relearn anything.

The list on the left with previews and unread counts, the six reactions, reply with a quote, the Format button, delivery options, the Files and Pinned tabs, Seen. Everything people already have in their fingers.

Chats and channels

One-to-one, group chats and channels, with threads when a side conversation needs one.

Reply, quote, forward

Reply with the original quoted, forward with where it came from, react with the six you know.

Important and Urgent

Urgent re-notifies every two minutes for twenty until it is read. Important stands out in the list.

Quick polls

Ask the chat, see the answer fill in live.

Saved, pinned, files

Save a message for later, pin it for everyone, and every file shared in a chat on its own tab.

Mentions that matter

@name, @here and @everyone, with mentions filtered into their own view.

Schedule send

“Send when the night shift comes on” — in one click.

Pop-out and drafts

Pop a chat into its own window. Unsent text waits for you in every chat.

Guests, contained

A client is invited into one channel, sees only that, and leaves on a date.

Knockin AI · private by design

An AI that knows your company — and never shows it to anyone else.

Knockin AI is our own. It runs on Knockin’s servers in Canada, beside your data, on open models — not on OpenAI, Microsoft, Google or anyone else’s AI. Nothing you say to it, and nothing it reads, is sent to an AI company or used to train anyone’s model. The server refuses to be pointed at one.

Ask it anything a capable colleague could answer: what was decided about a client, what happened on site last night, draft the email to a customer, summarise the quarter. The note taker listens back to meetings and writes the notes, decisions, to-dos and follow-up email. Every answer links to where it came from — and only to what the person asking could already open.

  • Your data never leaves Knockin’s servers for an AI company — not for answers, notes or transcripts
  • Answers cite their sources; every source opens the original message
  • Never reads a private channel you are not in, not even indirectly
  • Writes and sends: emails, announcements, plans — you approve before anything goes out
  • Respects the workspace AI switch, each room’s setting and end-to-end encrypted rooms
  • Catch me up: what you missed while you were away, in one paragraph

Why switch from Teams

Teams is good at documents and at being already paid for. Knockin is good at the rest of the day.

Presence is a coloured dot that is usually wrongA floor plan: who is in which room, door open or closed, on a call, out in the field
Every conversation needs a link, a call or a meetingKnock — they see who and why; “come in” and you are talking
Weekly meetings live in a second tool, the video in a thirdThe Level 10 agenda, scorecard, rocks and issues run in the room, with the video

From each product’s published features, October 2026. Knockin does not replace Word, Excel or SharePoint — it connects to OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook, so you keep Microsoft 365 for documents and move the conversation. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

How a switch actually happens

  1. 1

    Import

Bring your Teams or Slack history across — channels, messages and files — with a dry run that writes nothing first.

  2. 2

    Sign in the same way

SSO and SCIM from Entra ID: nobody gets a new password, and leavers are removed by the directory.

  3. 3

    Keep the calendar

Outlook and Google Calendar sync both ways; invitations arrive as normal calendar series.

  4. 4

    Run both for two weeks

Start with the field team and the leadership meeting — they gain the most and lose nothing.

The part nobody else builds

Your field staff on the same map as your office

A guard presses SOS. The incident is written before anything else happens, the map lights up, a call opens, and the dispatcher’s name appears on the guard’s phone under the words “Help is coming”. In a parkade with no signal, it queues and delivers the second the signal returns.

  • Live map of everyone on shift, with site pins and post orders
  • Push-to-talk by zone or site, from the lock screen
  • SOS, lone-worker check-ins and man-down detection
  • Voice and photo reports that write themselves up
  • Location only while a shift is open, with consent
  • Patrol playback and client-ready reports

What it replaces, and what that is worth

A virtual office, a meeting system, an AI note taker and an AI assistant usually come from four companies and four bills. Move the sliders to your headcount and tick what you pay for today.

Knockin Business is $29 per office person and $5 per field worker a month, with the AI assistant, AI note taker, meetings, chat and the field map all included. The other prices are each product’s published list price (October 2026), shown on the chips so you can check them against your own invoices.

Pricing

Everything Teams, Roam, Bloom Growth and an AI note taker do — plus your own private AI — in one product, for about half of what those cost separately. Per person, per month, cancel whenever. Field workers are priced low on purpose, so every guard and every cleaner can be on it.
